1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We offer a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping (Domestic): 1 business day (available in select locations)
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country, typically between 7-14 business days.
Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping method and delivery location. We offer the following options for domestic orders:
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $50 within the United States.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout for orders under $50.
- Expedited and Next-Day Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and method selected.
For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout. International customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
3. Order Processing
Once you place your order, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. After processing, your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your package.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available for shipping at checkout, please check back periodically as we may expand our international shipping options.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas due to carrier restrictions.
6. International Shipping
For international orders, please note the following:
- Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid to the customs authorities upon delivery.
- Shipping Times: International shipping times vary based on the destination country, with delivery typically taking between 7-14 business days.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, or if you encounter any issues with the delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, once the order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, LULUSGLOWNIE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
8. Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item). Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further details on the return process.
