Return and Refund Policy

At lulusglownie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following terms.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- It must not be a final sale item, as indicated on your purchase receipt or our website.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@lulusglownie.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number if applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such on the product page)
3. Return Process
Once we receive your return request, you will need to ship the item back to us at the following address:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue more quickly.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. You will be refunded for the returned item once it has been received and inspected.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please first check your bank or credit card account again. If the refund has not been posted, please contact your payment provider or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
