- Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective:

- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn or altered
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
